This is what spring sometimes looks like in Colorado, and spring is a good time for me to put up this new blog, a place to write in case I have a notion. I might.

We don’t need Facebook, Twitter, or Medium. If you’re posting on these services, you’re relying on the questionable future goodwill and shady ethical models of these sites that your words and images will be presented in and last in the form you intended and for as long as you intended.

You can easily enough be your own platform and host your own blog with your own domain.

I don’t know what this will be. I won’t be posting every day, and once a week is probably optimistic. I hope you’ll check in once in a while. Subscribing in a feed reader would make that a little easier.
